PARTNER - PRESIDENT
Having been in the ERP Industry since 1990, Erik Cornet made the jump from a user to the consulting side over 20+ years ago. It was the challenging puzzles of the ERP world that drew him over to the consulting side and his desire to create, advance, and develop that has kept him here. Erik’s mission is to create radical software technology and trailblazing teams that address real world challenges, bringing together development and operations. Whether you work with Erik for 15 minutes or 15 years, one thing stands out – Sincerity. When asked about this Erik replied, “Whether it is our company, or a personal matter, it has to be sincere and authentic, not just because it’s a job or money. We have to do things because there is value for everyone.”

Erik spends a majority of his spare time either on the water rowing or enjoying being a dog dad raising and training German Shepherds. He truly believes in the power of sports helping our youth. Sports and specifically rowing, played an important role in Erik’s life growing up and that impact has led him to give back by starting a charity that anonymously helps financially challenged kids who want to row but cannot afford it. As an active rower in the Austin community, Erik is honored to be able to change the lives of young men and women by providing them an opportunity to get involved in a sport – especially one that helped shape his own life.
Emily Holombek
Director of Marketing
Emily joins us with experience from an array of industries ranging from real estate to education, backed with significant involvement in athletics most of her life. A creative, strategic, and visionary thinker, Emily has played vital roles in developing and progressing small businesses. From being the boots on the ground in the day-to-day processes to active roles on strategic teams, she thrives on connecting coworkers, companies, and clients.
Working in multiple industries and with a variety of company sizes, Emily has realized that business processes are inefficient everywhere! This recognition is what aligns her goals with that of Pelorus and the rest of the leadership team. She is thrilled to focus on marketing for this organization and share with the world the value this team and company is bringing to our industry.
When not on the computer or in the office, you can usually find Emily somewhere outside enjoying fresh air and sunshine. Ideally, she would prefer to have her feet in the sand playing beach volleyball – which you must be efficient at to be competitive. Emily plays and coaches locally with a strong belief in sports being a valuable asset for guiding our youth.
